As a home salon we do our best to keep our environment safe, clean and welcoming for everyone. We work in a small space with no waiting area so we kindly ask that GUESTS DO NOT accompany you to your appointments.

 

The following may result in a service refusal:

 

• Contagious diseases (colds, flus, gastro etc)

• If you are infected/been around an infected person with Covid-19 or travelled in the past 14 days

• Arriving late (more than 15mins)

• Beauty conditions (Lash mites, skin infections, etc)

• Certain allergies (lash glue, tan/brow products)

• Harassment or bullying

Eyelash extension refill policy

You MUST have at least 40% of your lash extensions still on to be classified as a 2 -3 week refill.

If you have less than this you will be charged extra on top of the refill price.

If you arrive with none on or a few remaining you will be charged a full set.

​

Cancellation policy

A 24 hour Cancellation or reschedule applies, failure to do so will incur a 50% payment of the total booking to be paid.

Please understand that as we are a small business, late cancellations or no shows are a big loss of business for us, our time is precious. We are sympathetic to our clients as some things happen that are out of your control, however we do rely on our clients showing up to their appointments on time or giving us the courtesy of contacting us ASAP to reschedule.

COVID-19 POLICY

To maintain 1.5m we ask that if you are early for an appointment please wait in your car or text us (if we are not with a client we will welcome you in). We do not have a designated waiting area available, we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

Every client who comes through our doors will be asked to sanitize their hands on arrival & fill out our Covid-19 liability release waiver before we start your appointment.

​

Prior to your appointment please ensure you are not sick or showing any signs of sore throat, loss of taste, headache, fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing etc.

 

If you tend to get cold during an appointment, we recommend you bring a warm jumper or blanket with you.

 

Laura & Emma have both completed the Australian government Covid-19  infection control training. We will maintain a clean working environment at all times, clean hands, wiping surfaces, using disposable items, wearing masks when we lash & disinfecting/sterilizing all metal tweezers etc between clients.
